Morning Body Booster Recipe

- 1 cup of cold water
    - 1/2 cup of boiling hot water
      - 1 tbs of chia seeds soaked (min 5 mins to overnight)
        - 1 tbs of fresh lemon juice
          - 1/8th teaspoon of cayenne pepper
            - Maple Syrup or Agave nectar, to taste

            Mix all the ingredients above, stir well, and enjoyThis is my go to drink every morning. See here for why this is an awesome drink!

            1. I do suggest adding 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, blend it and then have it.
