Makes 20-24 cookies
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbs coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbs chia seeds (optional)
Wet ingredients:
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips & chia seeds) together.
- In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together.
- Add almond flour mixture gradually until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips and chia seeds. Note: your mixture will be sticky, that is okay.
- Roll cookies into balls and press on top to slightly flatten out.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes or until set.
